Kaitlyn Clark was named to the All-Northeast Conference First Team as a utility player. Clark is the first freshman to earn All-NEC honors since
Jordan Gurganus earned a First Team nod in 2014.

Clark started at five different positions for the Colonials this season, hitting .274 to finish third on the team. She started at pitcher, catcher, first base, third base and designated player. The rookie started in 25 games and appeared in a total of 36 games. Clark had the third-best slugging percentage on the squad at .419 and hit two home runs and three doubles. She ended the season by reaching base in eight consecutive games.

The freshman was even more impressive in NEC games, hitting .368 against league foes. Clark went 14-for-38 and blasted two homers. She had a trio of two-hit games in league play, going 2-for-2 at LIU Brooklyn (4/14), 2-for-4 at Wagner (4/28) and 2-for-3 against Fairleigh Dickinson (5/5). Clark was named the NEC Rookie of the Week after going 4-for-8 with a trio of RBIs, a homer and a double against LIU Brooklyn and Sacred Heart.

In seven appearances in the circle, Clark posted a team-low 4.06 earned run average. She threw a total of 10.1 innings, allowing just six earned runs and holding opponents to a .233 average.
