LAST TIME OUT

RMU dropped a back-and-forth affair against Green Bay on Senior Day in a game that saw the lead change three times in the final eight minutes and the Phoenix scored the eventual game-winner with under a minute to play in regulation.

PLAYOFF PICTURE

The Colonials playoff hopes took a blow following the loss to Green Bay last week, however a path toward playoff qualification still remains.

Currently in ninth place and tied with Purdue Fort Wayne with ten points, a win by RMU and losses by each of PFW and Northern Kentucky would most likely see them shoot up to the final playoff spot and enter the post season as the No. 6 seed.

RMU is trying to qualify for its first postseason action since making the NEC Tournament semi-finals in 2017.

TEAM LEADERS

Following his hat trick and seven-point day against VMI, Bryan Akongo now leads RMU in goals with four as well as total points with twelve.

Charlie Lawrence and Colton Spence became the seventh and eighth Colonials to score his first career collegiate goals against Green Bay, joining Kelvin RamirezPreston RushmoreTom AkinolaBryan AkongoGal Ben Dayan and Owen Jowett who have also found the back of the net for the first time this year.

RMU has scored 16 goals from nine different scorers this year, and just two Colonials have started all 15 games so far for RMU: Akongo and Ramirez.

Grant Glorioso has made six consecutive starts in goal for RMU and currently owns a 3-3-1 overall record.

SCOUTING THE PHOENIX

With six points and a 2-7-0 mark in conference play, IUPUI has been eliminated from postseason contention and will be closing out their season when the Colonials roll into town Wednesday.

The Jags are riding a three-game losing streak and have scored just five times through nine conference games. Their 15 goals conceded is also most amongst Horizon League foes.

Sophomore mid Logan Finnegan leads them with three total goals, the only Jaguar with multiple goals this season.
