QUOTABLES
"When the early butterflies left our team, I thought we started to play a bit more free, but once again it's kind of the story of the shooting woes that we put ourselves in in certain quarters. Last game it was the second, today it was the first where we put ourselves in a tough position." - Associate Head Coach Scott Schneider
MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
The Colonials were hot on the heels of the Panthers to start the third, cutting the Milwaukee lead down to as little as seven at 33-26, however a 13-3 run for Milwaukee over the final seven minutes of the third gave the Panthers some much-needed breathing room heading into the final quarter. The Black and Gold went 5-6 from the field during the stretch as five separate Panthers knocked down buckets to help put the game out of reach for RMU.
UP NEXT
The Colonials are in action just once next week when they fly south to Miami for a showdown with the Hurricanes on Sunday, December 12 at 1:00 p.m.
