Moon Township, Pa. – The RMU softball team announced changes to its schedule Thursday for its upcoming homestand at the North Athletic Complex.
Due to the weather forecast in the Pittsburgh tri-state area, the opener of a three-game series against Cleveland State slated for Friday, April 1, has been moved to Sunday, April 3. First pitch for Sunday's game is slated for Noon.

In addition, RMU's doubleheader against the Vikings Saturday, April 2, has been moved to a 2:00 p.m. first pitch. Finally, the makeup doubleheader against Green Bay Monday, April 4, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 20.

Jexx Varner, RMU owns an overall record of 16-10 (.615), including a perfect 5-0 mark in the Horizon League. The Colonials have won their first five conference games for the first time since 2017 and currently sit atop the #HLSB standings. Oakland is also still undefeated in league play, having swept a three-game set @ Northern Kentucky, while Youngstown State and Cleveland State are each 5-1 (.833).
