MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – RMU women's basketball will go back on the road for the last time in December as they battle Texas A&M on Saturday. Tipoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+ and SECN+.
RMU LATELY
The Colonials (3-5) on Saturday afternoon captured their first Horizon League win against Youngstown State, 65-63.
Simone Morris leads RMU with 12.8 points per game.
Naomi Barnwell leads the Colonials in rebounds as she averages 7.1 boards per game.

TEXAS A&M LATELY
The Aggies (8-1) are fresh off a win against Lamar in nonconference action, 83-51 on Wednesday afternoon. Texas A&M's only loss this season came against Purdue on November 16, but since then the Aggies have won six straight contests. Texas A&M also has a perfect 5-0 record so far this season. The Aggies made it to the third round of the SEC Tournament last season before falling to Ole Miss, 77-60.

RMU AND TEXAS A&M HISTORY
This will be the first matchup in series history between the two teams as RMU is a combined 0-5 against SEC schools. The Colonials in program history have faced off against Florida, Vanderbilt, and Missouri from the Southeastern Conference. Texas A&M is 7-1 against Horizon League opponents with their only loss coming against Green Bay in 1996.
Single Game High's vs Cleveland State (11/29) – RMU opened Horizon League play against the Vikings but fell 72-59 as Morris led RMU with 16 points. Vuletich had a team-high 11 rebounds and added eight points while
Louella Allana notched eight points and a team-high four assists.
Single Game High's vs Youngstown State (12/3) - The Colonials bounced back and got their first Horizon League win of the season over the Penguins.
Naomi Barnwell had a career-high 19 points and 11 rebounds in the winning effort.
Louella Allana had an all-around good game as she notched seven points, five boards, and a season-high nine assists.
