Parker, DMR Team Set School Records in Day 1 of #HLTF Championship

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The RMU women's track and field saw a pair of records rewritten on Saturday afternoon in the first day of the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championship.

Not only did Gracie Parker qualify for the 60m finals, she set a new school record with a time of 7.66 - 0.06 better than her previous PR and besting the Colonials' record by 0.03.

The DMR team of Emma Jiancristoforo, Morgan Fuller, Ailena Reynolds-Diaz and Julia Dill set a new program mark with a time of 12:15.54 and earned RMU two points.

The championship continues Sunday with the first multi event beginning at 9 a.m., followed by field events starting at 11 a.m.and running events at 1 p.m.
