MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU Colonials women's basketball team will return to action after a week off as they'll travel to play Detroit Mercy on Thursday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+.
RMU LATELY
The Colonials (6-16) fell last Wednesday at home against Milwaukee, 61-43. Â
Simone Morris leads RMU with 10.0 points per game.
Danielle Vuletich leads the Colonials in rebounds as she averages 6.8 boards per game.

DETROIT MERCY LATELY
The Titans (14-10) have lost two games in a row against Northern Kentucky and Wright State going into Wednesday's matchup. Detroit Mercy is 7-6 in Horizon League play which is good for fourth place currently in the conference. The Titans lead the Horizon League in combined team rebounds as they average 39 boards per game this season. Detroit Mercy's home and away splits are evident as the Titans are 7-1 at home and 6-9 on the road this year.
DETROIT MERCY HISTORY
The Colonials own a 2-3 record against the Titans as RMU has lost three in a row against Detroit Mercy dating back to the 2021 campaign. Both of RMU's wins came in the first two games played against the Titans.
Danielle Vuletich notched a double-double recording 12 points and 12 rebounds just two weeks ago in the last matchup against Detroit Mercy.
SINGLE GAME HIGH'S VS YOUNGSTOWN STATE (1/24) - RMU fell on the road against Horizon League foe Youngstown State, 71-46.
Danielle Vuletich and
Naomi Barnwell both led the Colonials with 10 points while Barnwell also led the team with nine rebounds.
Simone Morris added eight points, three assists, and two steals on Saturday.
SINGLE GAME HIGH'S VS MILWAUKEE (1/27) – The Colonials struggled to get going on offense as they fell at home to Milwaukee, 61-43.
