PITTSBURGH – The RMU track and field team hosted its only home event of the season at the P3R Track and Field Complex at the RMU Island Sports Center on Friday afternoon.
TRACK HIGHLIGHTS
Franny Kabana had the best time in the 1500 in 11 years, crossing in 4:38.52. She was 0:50 away from Marissa Polk's school record. RMU finished first in six additional events.

FIELD HIGHLIGHTS
Mariya Chamberlain won the triple jump (37-8).
Maizee Fry finished second in both the discus (128-05) and shot put (41-5.25).

The Colonials have a pair of events beginning with the Penn Relays on April 25-27. On April 27, RMU travels to Morgantown, W.Va. to participate in the Mountaineer Twilight.
