MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Horizon League has announced its 2024-25 women's basketball schedule. The Colonials will play in 20 Horizon League matchups, with 10 of those games being played at the UPMC Events Center.
 
The Colonials will open their fifth season in Horizon League play on December 4 when they travel to play Purdue Fort Wayne. RMU will host their first conference game on December 7 as they'll battle Milwaukee at the UPMC Events Center.
 
RMU will have a home and home series with each conference opponent as the final Horizon League contest will take place on March 1 at Wright State. The Colonials will host their final conference game on February 26 against Youngstown State as that will also be Senior Day.
 
"The non-conference schedule was designed to get us ready for how competitive the Horizon league will be this year as we're looking forward to competing in every single game," McCabe said. "This year's conference schedule is an exciting one as and we can't wait to show the fans of Moon Township the new brand of basketball we're bringing to RMU."
 
The 2025 Horizon League Women's Basketball Championship begins March 4 at host sites. The Championship is March 11 at Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis, Ind.
