MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – RMU women's basketball will look to make it two wins in a row when they travel to face Oakland on Thursday.

RMU LATELY
RMU is coming off their first conference road win at Youngstown State on Saturday afternoon, 67-61.
Noa Givon posted a season-high 20 points against the Penguins while adding five rebounds and playing all 40 minutes.
Jada Lee added 11 points off the bench in her first game back in a month. Also,
Naomi Barnwell led the Colonials with seven rebounds and had nine points. The Colonials currently rank third in the Horizon League in turnover margin with RMU posting an average of 16.7 turnovers in 18 games played
FIRST TIMERS
RMU's win against the Penguins was their first road victory at Youngstown State since December 18, 2006 when the Colonials beat YSU 84-54. In RMU's win over the Penguins this past Saturday the Colonials posted their highest field goal percentage of the season when they shot 51.3 percent from the floor.
RMU AND OAKLAND HISTORY
The Colonials just started to face off against the Golden Grizzlies during when RMU joined the Horizon League in 2020 and since then Oakland holds a 7-2 advantage. RMU has lost three matchups in a row against Oakland but have only lost by a combined four points in the last two games.
RMU AND OAKLAND LAST TIME OUT
RMU lost in a heart breaker to Oakland at the UPMC Events Center earlier this season, 55-53.
Jada Lee had a chance to send the game into overtime right before the buzzer but the shot just missed as the Golden Grizzlies got the win.
Danielle Vuletich posted her best numbers of the season against Oakland as she had 19 points scoring while also leading RMU with eight rebounds.
Noa Givon added 16 points with four rebounds and four steals while playing in a team-high 34 minutes.
