RMU Women's Soccer Unveils 2025 Schedule

Colonials slated to play 17 games

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU women's soccer team today announced its 2025 schedule, featuring a robust slate of non-conference tests and a full Horizon League lineup. The Colonials are set for 17 regular season contests and two exhibition games.
 
"We are incredibly excited to release our 2025 fall schedule," said Head Coach Michelle Rick. "We've put together a demanding non-conference schedule that will prepare us thoroughly for Horizon League play. Our goal is always to challenge ourselves against strong opponents, and this schedule certainly delivers. We're looking forward to competing at a high level and building on the foundation we've established."
 
The Colonials will kick off their fall campaign with two exhibition matches, starting with a home contest against Duquesne on Wednesday, August 6, at 4:00 PM. They will then hit the road for an exhibition at Mercyhurst on Sunday, August 10, at 1:00 PM.
 
The regular season begins with a strong home stand, as RMU hosts Navy on Thursday, August 14, at 4:00 PM, followed by USI on Thursday, August 21, at 4:00 PM, and Canisius on Thursday, August 28, at 4:00 PM. The team will then travel to take on Eastern Michigan on Sunday, August 31, at 1:00 PM.
 
September opens with a home game against Bowling Green on Thursday, September 4, at 4:00 PM, before road trips to Saint Francis U (Sunday, September 7, 1:00 PM) and UMBC (Thursday, September 11, 5:00 PM) conclude the non-conference portion of the schedule.
 
Conference action begins at home on Thursday, September 18, at 4:00 PM, as the Colonials welcome Milwaukee. A highlight of the home schedule will be RMU Women's Soccer Alumni Weekend on Sunday, September 21, when the Colonials host Green Bay at 1:00 PM. They will continue their home stand against Detroit on Thursday, September 25, at 4:00 PM.
 
October sees RMU on the road for three consecutive conference matches: at NKU on Saturday, October 4, at 1:00 PM; at IU Indy on Thursday, October 9, at 4:00 PM; and at Purdue Fort Wayne on Sunday, October 12, at 1:00 PM.
 
The Colonials return home for two crucial conference matchups, hosting Cleveland State on Thursday, October 16, at 4:00 PM, and celebrating Senior Day on Sunday, October 19, at 1:00 PM against Oakland.
 
The regular season concludes with two road conference games: at Wright State on Saturday, October 25, at 1:00 PM, and at Youngstown State on Wednesday, October 29, at 6:00 PM.
 
For the postseason, the Horizon League Championship is set to begin with the Quarterfinals on Sunday, November 2, followed by the Semifinals on Thursday, November 6, and the Championship Final on Saturday, November 8.
