MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU women's track and field team is gearing up for its first two meets of the season, with the team competing in the CMU Invitational on Friday and Saturday, while three runners head down to North Carolina to compete in the Raleigh Relays on Friday.
CMU INVITATIONAL
The Colonials are set to compete in the CMU Invitational hosted by Carnegie Mellon on Friday and Saturday. Events are slated to start at 2:00 p.m. on Friday with the women's hammer and will conclude on Saturday with the men's 1600m.

RALEIGH RELAYS

Julia Dill, and
Alyssa Croco will open up their 2026 outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays, which is hosted by NC State. The event is taking place at the Paul Derr Track & Field Facility, starting on March 26, and will run through the 28
th. All three will compete on Friday, with LaQuatra competing in the 3000m Steeple, Croco in the 5000m, and Dill in the 10000m.
The 3000m Steeple is scheduled for 5:03 p.m., while the 5000m is at 6:12 p.m., and the 10000m is slated as the last event on Friday with a scheduled start time of 10:05 p.m.
