MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU men's golf team will open its 2026 fall season at the Virtues Intercollegiate in Nashport, Ohio, beginning Saturday, August 29. The two-day event will be held at Virtues Golf Club.
Rounds one and two will be played Saturday, with the final round set for Sunday. Tee times are scheduled for 9:00 AM ET both days.
COURSE INFORMATION
Virtues Golf Club, known as "The Ohio Golf Club," is regarded as one of the top public golf courses in the state of Ohio. In 2025, Golf Digest ranked the course No. 65 on its list of America's Top 100 Public Courses.
The course plays 7,243 yards from the tips and is a par 72. It features a course rating of 74.8 and a slope rating of 142 and is located approximately 40 miles from downtown Columbus, Ohio.
COMPETING TEAMS
The tournament is hosted by Miami (Ohio) and Bowling Green and features a 12-team field. Along with the Colonials, Richmond, Marshall, Wright State, Evansville, Loyola Chicago, Cleveland State, Northern Illinois, Michigan and Detroit Mercy will compete.

Tragesser returns to the Virtues Intercollegiate after making history at the tournament in 2024. He set an RMU record for the best individual round by par, shooting a 65, seven-under. His two-round total of 137 is tied for the best individual tournament score in program history for an event of at least 36 holes.
Bokker also tied that program record in 2025 at the Joe Feaganes Invitational, shooting a seven-under 206 over 54 holes. The Colonials also welcome freshman
Jackson Stephens, a South Fayette, Pa., native.
