Just 50 seconds later, Eddie Floyd tried to beat Felice to the right, but his close-range was effort was deflected off the post by the Colonials senior keeper. Floyd's chance was just 64 seconds prior to Tyrie finding a successful route around Felice and into the net.
In an evenly played game, the Colonials outshot the Blue Devils 17-14. The best of Paul Armstrong's six saves came late in the first half when he dove to his left, pushing a shot from junior Tyler Solis (Hummelstown, Pa. / Lower Dauphin) just wide of the post.
