Moon Township, Pa. - October 23, 2009 - Every year the Robert Morris University men's lacrosse team makes an effort to give back to the community. This year the team traveled to Shouse Park in Crescent Township and spent the day cleaning and fixing up the park.
On September 12, 2009 every player on the men's lacrosse team performed various tasks in order to make the park a more enjoyable place for people to spend their time. The majority of their work consisted of mulching the play areas, painting fences and benches and cleaning up the flower beds. There services helped make the park a cleaner and more pleasing environment for the public.
The Colonials kick off the 2010 season on February 6 when they take on Duke in a scrimmage game in Durham, N.C.
