The Game

The Robert Morris University Colonials (7-2, 2-0 Northeast Conference) return to the hardwood after an eight-day layoff when they travel to Morehead, Ky., to take on the Morehead State Eagles (2-8) in a Noon game Sunday, Dec. 18. Robert Morris suffered its second loss of the season in its last game at Lehigh and are now 0-2 in road games while boasting a perfect 7-0 mark in home and neutral site contests.

Collegeinsider Mid-Major Top 25

The Colonials have been ranked in the Collegeinsider.com Women's Mid-Major Top 25 in each of the past two weeks, slipping one spot from #24 last week to #25 this week. RMU received votes in the previous two week's polls before making its first appearance at #24 in the Dec. 6 poll.

The Series vs. Morehead State

The Colonials and Morehead State have won just once before. the Colonials suffered a one-point, 58-57, loss to the Eagles at the Sewall Center on Dec. 20, 2009. In that game, RMU nearly erased a late second half deficit, outscoring Morehead State 11-2 over the final 2:27.
