RMU Tries To Set Program Record Against Bucknell

The Robert Morris University women's soccer team has never opened a season with three consecutive victories and that's exactly what it will be trying to do against the Bucknell Bison in a 1:00 p.m. game Sunday, Sept. 1. RMU is 2-0 for just the fourth time in team history.

Leah Prentice had a goal and an assist while leading RMU to a 2-1 win against Niagara Sunday afternoon. Madison Kozlowski headed home the game winner in the 87th minute, her first career goal. Defensively, Robert Morris has allowed just 11 shots on goal and one score.

Kozlowski's Gamewinner
Sophomore Madison Kozlowski's 87th minute goal that gave RMU a 2-1 win against Niagara was the first of her career. It was also just the fifth time since 2002 that the Colonials scored in the final five minutes of regulation to win. The last time was a goal by Jaimie Morra in the 86th minute of a 1-0 win against Sacred Heart.

All-Time Series vs. Bucknell
The Colonials are 1-8-1 in 10 all-time meetings against Bucknell. The Colonials lone victory in the series was a 2-1 decision at North Athletic Complex in 2007. RMU is 1-3 at home in the series.
