CapsuleRMU returns north to Connecticut to begin another Northeast Conference weekend on the road. The Colonials came home with a 2-0 record last weekend with wins at Wagner (3-1) and at then-conference leading Saint Francis University (3-2). The two victories move the Colonials up to fourth in the league with a record of 3-1 in conference play. CCSU sits in sixth in the NEC at 1-2-1. The Blue Devils are coming off a 2-0 non-conference victory at Yale.

The Colonials will then travel to Brooklyn to take on the Blackbirds. LIU has struggled so far through conference play with a record of 0-5. They got back onto the winning track with an overtime non-conference win against Delaware State on Sunday, Oct. 18.

The Series vs. Central Connecticut StateRMU has struggled against the Blue Devils over the years with a record of 3-15-1 since they've first met in 1996. There last two meetings have gone to double overtime with a tie last year and RMU losing in 2013 by a score of 2-1. The Colonials are attempting to win at CCSU for the first time since 2011.

The Series vs. LIU BrooklynLIU Brooklyn has gotten the better of the Colonials over the years, and they hold a record of 4-11-2 over the years. Robert Morris got the better of the Blue Devils by a score of 1-0 at home in their matchup last year. RMU has only won once at LIU in their history back in 2009 by a score of 1-0.

Coming UpThe Colonials will return home next weekend to wrap up conference play with a pair of games. They will host Mount St. Mary's on Friday, Oct. 30 at 2:30 p.m., and they will finish the regular season against Farleigh Dickinson on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 11:00 a.m. with both games being played at the North Athletic Complex.
