Chelsea de Jager and her family as her mother continues to fight a battle against bone cancer. Fans are encouraged to wear yellow and donations will be taken with the proceeds benefitting St. Peter's Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario, near the home of de Jager. Anyone using social media regarding the game or events surrounding the game are encouraged to use the hashtag "#DoItForMomma".

CapsuleRobert Morris will attempt – for the second time - to begin Northeast Conference play Friday at home against Sacred Heart with kick-off slated for 12:30 p.m. The Colonials matchup last Friday against Wagner got postponed due to the heavy rains that came with Hurricane Joaquin. RMU went 3-2 in its final five non-conference games including a 2-1 win against Northern Kentucky in its final non-league match. Sacred Heart fell in a pair of NEC matchups last weekend. The Pioneers lost 1-0 at Bryant and again at home to Fairleigh Dickinson, 4-2. Sacred Heart will be attempting to snap a four game skid.

The Series vs. Sacred HeartRobert Morris and Sacred Heart have had a pretty even battle over the last 16 years with the Colonials trailing by the slimmest of margins at 7-8-1. Home victories have been the trend of this series. The Colonials were the last home team to lose back in 2003 by a score of 1-0. The Pioneers came away with a 2-1 victory at their place last year, while RMU blanked them by a score of 5-0 in 2013 at home.
