CapsuleThe Robert Morris University women's soccer team is making its first appearance in the Northeast Conference Tournament after going 5-3 in league play to earn the #2 seed. The Colonials posted a record of 9-10 overall, the second-most wins in team history.
 
RMU gets a second chance against Bryant in the semifinal round Friday. In the regular season meeting at North Athletic Complex, the Colonials held the Bulldogs without a shot for the first 26 minutes and held a distinct 18-7 advantage in shots. Bryant, however, would tally the game's only score in the 97th minute off the foot of Alison Guilmette.
 
The Series vs. BryantRobert Morris is winless in seven meetings against Bryant with a record of 0-5-2 that includes a hard luck overtime loss at home. Friday's match is the first neutral site game in the series history. Expect a low scoring affair as the squads average just two combined goals per game. Six of the seven games have been decided by one goal.
