Robert Morris University volleyball team each earned Northeast Conference weekly honors after the Colonials' 2-0 weekend on the road at Sacred Heart and Fairleigh Dickinson.
Frakes earned her first career NEC weekly honor, the Player of the Week title, after she recorded 105 assists in the Colonials' victories over the Pioneers and the Knights. She averaged 11.7 assists per set and posted a career-high 51 assists in a 3-2 win over Sacred Heart Saturday night. Sparked by Frakes, the Colonials recorded a season-high 65 assists in the win.
In a 3-1 victory over FDU, Frakes went on to establish another new personal best with 54 assists and added 14 digs to record her fourth double-double of the season.
Lord earned her second career NEC Rookie of the Week title after she provided a two-way spark for RMU over the weekend. The freshman from Inwood, W. Va., recorded two double-doubles, the first coming in a five-set win over the Pioneers as she finished with a career-high 16 kills (.324) and 17 digs. She also added career-high stats with 18.5 points and five block assists.
Lord followed up Saturday's performance with her third double-double in the last four matches with 10 kills and 15 digs against FDU. She averaged 2.89 kills, 3.56 digs and 1.0 block per set.

Robert Morris returns home for one final regular season weekend when they host NEC-leading Bryant on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 3 p.m. and Central Connecticut State on Sunday, Nov. 15 at 3 p.m.
