Robert Morris University men's soccer team returns home for a pair of Northeast Conference (NEC) matches at the North Athletic Complex, starting with Friday, Oct. 14's bout with LIU Brooklyn. The Colonials drew with Fairleigh Dickinson last Friday in their league opener, thanks to a
Keane McIvor equalizer in the 57th minute. The Blackbirds, owning a 7-3-2 overall record, have picked up four points in their first two NEC meetings with a 7-2 victory over Central Connecticut and a 1-1 draw at Bryant.

All-Time Series vs. LIU Brooklyn
Robert Morris has gone 12-16-1 against the Blackbirds and has been denied a result in the teams' last three meetings. The Colonials' last victory over LIU Brooklyn came in the 2012 season finale as second half goals by Luca Campos and Devon Williams lifted RMU to a 2-0 win.

Robert Morris takes on St. Francis Brooklyn on Sunday, Oct. 16 at 1:00 p.m. to close a two-match home stand. Last season, the Colonials defeated the Terriers in double overtime, 1-0, thanks to a goal in the 109th minute by three-time NEC Player of the Year
