Grasonville, Md. – Rain washed away the final round of the Towson Fall Invitational this afternoon, giving the Robert Morris University men's golf team and senior Max Palmer victories in their final tournament of the fall season.
Robert Morris captured the team title with yesterday's one-over 289, two strokes ahead of runner-up Youngstown State (+3, 291). Palmer matched his career-low of 68 (-4) in the first round, giving him medalist honors over teammate Kyle Grube (69, -3) and Kevin Scherr (69, -3) of Youngstown State.
