Moon Township, Pa. – The Robert Morris University men's lacrosse team will host a coaches clinic on Saturday, Feb. 1 at Joe Walton Stadium prior to its two scrimmages against Seton Hill and Denison.
The clinic is open to all youth, club, and high school coaches. Aspiring and current coaches will be able to further develop professionally, network with the Robert Morris coaching staff, and review numerous coaching responsibilities including: practice planning, individual and team development, fundamental offensive and defensive concepts to teach, and coaching techniques, philosophies, and management.
The schedule for the events is as follows:
9-10:30 a.m. – Coaches Clinic
12:00 p.m. – RMU vs. Seton Hill
2:30 p.m. – RMU vs. Denison
The cost is $18 to attend, and donuts and coffee will be provided. There will be a question and answer portion at the end.

Robert Morris, the back-to-back Northeast Conference (NEC) Tournament champions, begins its quest for a third consecutive NCAA Tournament bid on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3:30 p.m. on the road against Canisius. The Colonials' regular-season home opener is slated for Saturday, Feb. 29 at 11:00 a.m. against High Point.
