KEEP AN EYE ON
Samantha Hennen, who was part of the gold-medal DMR team and won gold in the 3000m last season, will return to the indoor championships for the Colonials. Hennen has had a great season thus far for the Colonials, finishing the regular season with two individual victories, with one in the 3000m and one in the mile, while also finishing in sixth place in the 3000m at the Penn State National Open. Hennen set new school records in the mile, 3000m, and 5000m this season, ranking first in the Horizon League in the 3000m and 5000m. Hennen is also ranked second in the conference in the mile.
A new face to RMU this year is sophomore
Hayzes Robinson, who has made an immediate impact for the Colonials. Robinson is currently tied for first in the conference in the 60m with a time of 7.56. Her time in the 60m is also the best mark in RMU history.
