KENT, Ohio – The RMU women's track and field team turned in six top-10 finishes at the Doug Raymond Invitational hosted by Kent State on Friday and Saturday.
Jocie Slesinski highlighted the Colonials efforts at the meet with a second-place finish in the 400m with a time of 57.80, which is now fifth best in school history. Teammate
Lindsey Martineau also turned in a top-10 finish in the 400m, finishing in 8th with a time of 59.86.
In the triple jump, two Colonials finished in the top-10 with
Mariya Chamberlain placing 7
th with a jump of 11.94m, which is the third longest in school history, and teammate
Taylor Colwell finishing in 9
th with a jump of 11.28m.
Maizee Fry rounded out the top-10 finishers at the Doug Raymond Invitational with a sixth-place finish in the shot put with a throw of 13.05m.
