The Game

The Robert Morris University Colonials (8-4) finish off the non-conference portion of their schedule Monday, January 2, when the Miami RedHawks visit the Charles L. Sewall Center for a 7:00 p.m. game. The Colonials are 3-0 against Mid-American Conference teams and perfect, 6-0, at the Chuck this season. RMU has won nine consecutive home games. The RedHawks are winners of five consecutive contests, but are 1-3 in road games and playing away from Millett Hall for the first time in nearly a month.

Robert Morris is 3-0 against teams from the Mid-American Conference and look to make it a perfect 4-0 for the season Monday against Miami. The Colonials defeated Kent State, 78-44, and Central Michigan, 64-55, in back-to-back games in the season-opening homestand. They then defeated Akron, 85-78, in their last home game before Christmas. All three of those games were at The Chuck.

The Series vs. Miami

Robert Morris has played Miami twice with each team garnering a victory on its home floor. The Colonials took a 90-89 win to open the 2006-07 season before falling to the RedHawks took an 82-74 win at Millett Hall the in 2007-08.
