Earning his first Higher Images RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the 2014-15 campaign is junior goalie Terry Shafer of the ice hockey team. In a 2-1 win at Holy Cross (1/24/15) in an eventual two-game sweep, Shafer posted a season-high 38 saves to help lead the Colonials to the victory. Shafer, a native of Penfield, N.Y., improved to 8-2-3 (.731) in between the pipes thanks to the win and owns a 2.12 goals against average and a .928 save percentage on the 2014-15 campaign.
