Garnering the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Sept. 16, 2020, is senior Martha Gardner of the cross country team. Gardner, a native of Medina, N.Y., posted the top time for the Colonials last season at the 2019 Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships with a time of 19:06.5. In addition to helping her earn a top 20 finish, the time shattered her personal record in a five-kilometer race. An actuarial science major, Gardner has maintained a 3.80 cumulative GPA and is a three-time member of the NEC Fall, Winter and Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
