Earning the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week for Sept. 23, 2020, is redshirt junior running back Alijah Jackon of the football team. In 11 games in 2019, Jackson paced the Colonials in rushing, compiling 971 yards and four touchdowns on 185 carries, averaging 5.2 yards per rush. In garnering 2019 All-Northeast Conference (NEC) First Team accolades, Jackson ranked second in the league in rushing yards per game (88.3) and third in all-purpose yards (103.5) per contest. Jackson, a native of Englewood, N.J., has rushed for 1,539 yards and nine touchdowns in 18 career games and is a communication major.
