Earning the final honor of the 2020-21 athletic season for the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week is senior Rachel Gress of the rowing team. At the 2021 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championships last weekend in Pennsauken Township, N.J., at Cooper River Park, Gress earned a spot on the 2021 All-MAAC Second Team. Gress, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., joins former Colonials Melissa Asaro and Grace Faye in garnering All-MAAC accolades in program history. Gress, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a 3.93 cumulative grade point average (GPA), sat in the eight seat of the RMU Varsity 8 during the 2021 season.
