Earning one of two Chick-fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week nods for August 31, 2022, is junior forward Haleigh Finale of the soccer squad. In helping the Colonials secure two more points last week with a pair of 1-1 draws at the North Athletic Complex, Finale scored RMU’s goal against UMass (8/28). Her marker came at 36:18 when she took a feed from freshman Paloma Swankler and took a shot that deflected off a UMass defender and into the net. In four games for the Colonials early in the 2022 season, Finale, a native of South Park, Pa., has played 314 minutes and leads RMU with five points courtesy of a pair of goals and an assist.
