Named the final Chick-fil-A Robinson RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week of the 2022 calendar year is junior guard Enoch Cheeks of the basketball team. He shares the honor with teammate Matt Mayers. In a 77-66 triumph over Saint Francis U (12/21/22) at the UPMC Events Center that concluded the non-conference portion of the 2022-23 slate for the Colonials, Cheeks paced RMU with a career-high 23 points while also notching five rebounds, three assists, a block and a steal. He knocked down eight of his 14 shots from the field and was also true on each of his six attempts from the charity stripe. Overall during the 2022-23 season, Cheeks, a native of Providence, R.I., leads the Colonials in scoring at 16.8 points per game as well as blocks (17) and steals (21) while also pulling down an average of 4.7 rebounds per contest.
