Gebhard, Kirk Earn USCHO Honors

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Senior forward Jaycee Gebhard and freshman goaltender Raygan Kirk capped off superb seasons for Robert Morris by being named to the 2020 All- USCHO teams, it was announced Friday.

Gebhard was given third-team honors following an incredible senior year that saw the Plenty, Sask. native wrap up one of the greatest careers in program history in style, leading College Hockey America in scoring for the second consecutive season with 63 points and becoming the RMU all-time program leader in points on January 25.

Her final point per-game mark of 1.76 ranked fourth in the country, while she also lead the conference in power play points this season averaging a power play point a game in CHA competition.

Kirk earned All-Rookie team honors and enjoyed one of the strongest seasons for any goalie in NCAA and one of the best seasons for a keeper in Colonial program history.  The Manitoba native compiled a 15-8-1 record while also posting a 1.58 GAA that ranked second among CHA goaltenders.

Her remarkable .938 save percentage ranked third, while her four shutout victories tied for the most shutouts in the conference as well.  Kirk was twice named CHA Rookie of the Week, was a three-time recipient of Goalie of the Week and was the CHA's Goaltender of the Month in January.

The Colonials finished second overall in the College Hockey America standings and wrapped up the 2020 campaign with an appearance in the CHA Championship for the fourth consecutive season on March 7.
