1994-97

A native of Glassport, Pa., Cleary was a four-year letterwinner for Robert Morris as a member of the offensive line. He started 38 career games from 1994 to 1997 at either offensive guard or tackle. An All-Northeast Conference and All-ECAC selection in 1997, Cleary was also tabbed a I-AA Mid-Major All-American by Don Hansen's National Weekly Football Gazette. He helped lead the Colonials to back-to-back victories in the ECAC Bowl (1996 & 1997) and was also a member of the outdoor track and field team at Robert Morris, competing in the javelin. He currently serves as the color analyst for RMU football broadcasts alongside play-by-play announcer and RMU Athletic Hall of Famer Chris Shovlin.
