Coniglio began coaching the Robert Morris bowling team in 1962 and served in the position until 1998. During his tenure, Coniglio lead the Colonials to Western Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Bowling Conference championships for four straight years from 1970 to 1973 and again in 1978. His team’s never had a losing season with him as head coach.
